League rulebook
Version launch-2026-10-06
Membership
Members must be at least 13 and meet the account eligibility requirements shown during registration. Use your own Discord and iRacing identities and keep your account information accurate. Account registration does not reserve a place in an event.
Conduct
Treat other members and staff respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, deliberate interference with the service, manipulation of eligibility or results, and attempts to bypass restrictions are prohibited. Follow the applicable iRacing rules when using its service.
Competition rules
Review the published rules for a series before entering. Its schedule, sporting format, eligibility, scoring and review procedures apply to that competition. Where a competition has not published the information needed to enter, wait for the league team to provide it.
Decisions and corrections
Staff administer entries, enforce published rules and review reported issues. Use the competition’s published protest or review process. If no process is listed, contact the league team through Support with the event, session and relevant evidence. Do not publish another person’s private information in a report.
Fees and withdrawal
Entry fees cover community costs. The league must publish the fee, what it covers, and the registration and payment deadlines before accepting payment. Cancellation without a replacement receives a full refund of the corresponding entry fee. Withdrawal before the published registration deadline receives a full refund; later withdrawals are reviewed individually. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Account restrictions and privacy
Staff may restrict access to investigate misuse or enforce the published rules. An account restriction does not prevent a privacy request. The Terms and Privacy Policy explain website use and data handling; accepting this rulebook is separate from acknowledging the Privacy Policy.
